"Kory Cline of Cline Construction built our lake front home and a year later came back and built a shop and garage for us. We also observed him build on the two lots adjacent to our home, so we have carefully watch a total of four of his projects. He is knowledgeable regarding all phases of the construction project and brings in only the best sub-contractors in the County. His main specialty is the foundation and framing, two of the most important beginnings on a project. He thinks many steps ahead of each aspect of building. For instance he spends extra effort to insure both his framing and the truss work are plumb to exacting quality so that a professional drywall finish is obtained. All our walls in every room are plumb, straight, corners are exactly 90 degrees and the finish drywall is the best we have ever lived in. We love the finish woodwork and the quality of the millwork is topnotch. Little details like custom surroundings around plumbing fixtures and electrical outlets are throughout the home. Kory is easy to work with and very personable. He works with a can do attitude and can always come up with a very classy resolve for any problems that may come up.
